The new MEX torch series from MECHAFIN AG stands for Swiss innovation. The focus of the development team was on the user and understanding his tasks. The aim was to develop a MIG-MAG torch that can withstand the toughest conditions on shipyards, oil platforms, coal mines, in the automotive or railway industry and at the same time provide the operator with maximum comfort for a fatigue-free welding process.

Brand design is the creation of the visual and verbal elements that represent a brand. This includes the logo, colours, fonts, images and language. An appealing brand design helps to set the company apart from the competition, build an emotional connection with customers and create a strong brand identity.

Mechafin AG has removed the Push-Pull unit from the welding torches. The push-pull unit from Mechafin is an intermediate wirefeeder unit to which any conventional welding torch can be connected. This gives the welder his accustomed freedom and mobility and thus ensures an optimal welding result. Together with the control unit from Mechafin, the Mechafin Push-Pull-System can be connected to almost every known MIG-MAG welding machine. The control unit synchronizes the wire feed unit of the welding machine and the push-pull system.

The second generation of Mechafin Push-Pull Systems, with the recognizable name MEXDRIVE, is now available. The big advantage of this new unit is the fact that the hose package can be exchanged quickly and easily via a Euro central connection.

The packaging forms one of the new marketing/branding elements, which shall carry the brand message of Mechafin AG. This demanded the development as well as the design department because todays consumers pay attention to the packaging when choosing their products.
