Cookies
On some of our pages, we use so-called "session cookies" to make the use of our webpages easier for you. These are small text files that are stored on your hard drive for the duration of your visit to our website and, depending on the settings of your browser programme, are deleted again when you close the browser.
These cookies do not retrieve any information stored about you on your hard drive and do not affect your PC or files. Most browsers are set to accept cookies automatically. However, you can disable the storage of cookies or set your browser to notify you when cookies are sent. Disabling cookies may prevent you from using all the features of our website.
Integration of third-party services and content
It is possible that third-party content, for example videos from YouTube, map material from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are integrated within our online offer. This always requires that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") are aware of the IP address of the user. Without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of the respective user.
The IP address is therefore required to display these contents. We work towards using only such contents of providers that respectively use the IP address merely to deliver the contents. However, we have no influence over whether the External Providers store the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. We inform the users of this if we know of it.
Listing of plugins
We have no influence on what data an activated plugin collects and how it is used by the provider. At present, it must be assumed that a direct connection to the provider's services is established and that at least the IP address and device-related information are collected and used. Likewise, there is the possibility that the service providers attempt to store cookies on the computer that is being used. Please find out from the data privacy policies of the respective service provider which data specifically is gathered in the process and how it is used. Note: If you are simultaneously signed in to Facebook, Facebook can identify you as a visitor of a certain website.
Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager, a function for integrating tags into our website. This captures the IP address of incoming http requests and stores it for a short time in order to be able to correct errors in the embedding.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is an analysis tool that statistically processes data about the use of our website by users. It sends information about page views and steps taken by users (e.g. the duration, sequence and URL of visits and page views, the page from which the user came, as well as information about the device used, operating system, browser and settings and approximate location) to Google's servers. It uses cookies and similar tools, e.g. so-called tracking pixel to be able to recognise recurring visitors and to attribute various actions and visits across different devices and across sessions; this is done by means of anonymous attributes such as random identification numbers. No personal data is transmitted to Google; IP addresses that are used for the regional attribution are “masked” ahead of time for this purpose (truncated by certain digits). Google explains further details in its data protection documentation. You can deactivate Google Analytics for your browser using an add-on.
Google Adwords Conversion
Google AdWords Conversions and Google DoubleClick Floodlight allow us to identify how clicks on ads or information on Google platforms effectively lead to transactions and similar actions by users on our website. These functions use temporary cookies from Google and do not process individual user data. You can use the options provided by Google against the use of these cookies or make the appropriate browser settings.
Google Maps
This website may use the Google Maps service to display maps and create travel plans. The provider is Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. By using this website, you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data that is gathered automatically by Google, one of its representatives or External Providers.

YouTube-Videos
We embed YouTube videos on some of our websites. The operator of the corresponding plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with the YouTube plugin, a connection to YouTube servers is established. This tells YouTube which pages you are visiting. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can assign your surfing behaviour to you personally. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account first.
When a YouTube video is started, the provider uses cookies that collect information about user behaviour. Anyone who has deactivated the storage of cookies for the Google Ad programme will not have to expect any such cookies when watching YouTube videos. However, YouTube also stores non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you would like to prevent this, you must block the storage of cookies in your browser. You can find more information on data protection at YouTube in the provider's data protection statement here.
Brevo, formerly sendinblue
We use the Brevo service to create and send newsletters. The operator of the corresponding service is Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126 10179 Berlin. Here you can find the imprint of Brevo: Imprint
Brevo may place pixel gifs, also known as web beacons, in the emails sent via Brevo. These are tiny graphic files that contain unique identifiers that allow Brevo to recognise when a newsletter subscriber has opened a newsletter email or clicked on certain links. These technologies capture the subscriber's email address, IP address, date and time associated with each open and click for a campaign. Using this data, Brevo create reports for Mechafin on how an email campaign performed and what actions subscribers took. For more information about Brevo's privacy practices, please see the provider's privacy policy at: Legal

You can also request the deletion of data, insofar as there is no legal archiving obligation. If such an obligation exists, we will block your data upon request. You can make changes or revoke consent by notifying us accordingly with effect for the future.
