Fatigue-free work thanks to new ergonomics concept
The new MEX torch series from MECHAFIN AG stands for Swiss innovation. The focus of the development team was on the user and understanding his tasks. The aim was to develop a MIG-MAG torch that can withstand the toughest conditions on shipyards, oil platforms, coal mines, in the automotive or railway industry and at the same time provide the operator with maximum comfort for a fatigue-free welding process. The adapted ergonomics, the placement of the trigger, as well as its design in combination with the 2-component handle and the ball joint ensure a good handling in every working position. This ensures greater comfort for the welder during work, which is reflected in its excellent welds and increased work safety.
Development of the new handles for the MEX MIG-MAG welding torch series
Serviceability as a prerequisite
Thanks to the quick-release fastener on the handles, the torches are extremely easy to service; a torch neck can be replaced with ease - should this really be necessary. This saves time and reduces service costs. The torches are not only convincing because of their attractive design, but also because of the long service life of their wearing parts. Optionally, LED lights or switches are available for controlling the welding system, which further increases the welding comfort.
