Wirefeeders

2-roll and 4-roll wirefeeders

The Mechafin wire drive systems are divided to main families considering the feed roll size 30mm, 37mm and 40mm.

Base plates are made of glass fibre reinforced plastic compound or aluminium. The compression levers are available in fibre reinforced plastic compound, aluminium or in stainless steel, depending on the customers preference.

For all series, different DC-drives are available: from 40 to 250W and up to 270rpm. Most of the drives are also available with encoders and tachymeters.

In addition to the standard wire feeders, individually manufactured wire feeders designed to customers project-specific requirements are also available. They offer the highest flexibility to meet customer requirements.
